SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT POLICY

Upon placing an order, payment is taken in full. Due to incredibly high demand, this payment helps secure a kayak, which in turn helps protect the customer from disappointment.
Once an order is placed, customer’s will be sent a confirmation email, with a summary of their order attached. Approximately 1-2 weeks before delivery is carried out, customers will receive a shipping email, alerting them that their order has been fulfilled and will be with them in due course. Finally, customers will receive a text alert from the courier making them aware of when their order will be delivered.
Next stock shipment arrives late June, deliveries will then be carried out right away by our selected courier.
